Ceará Sporting Club announced a reformulation of its Executive Board structure. To improve internal processes, the club reduced its departments from 16 to 12, with a new definition of the alvinegro directors. The main change was the extinction of three departments: Olympic Sports, Governance, and Projects and Innovations. Additionally, the Marketing and Communication sectors were merged, occupied by Matheus Guedes. The current departments are: Football, Administrative, Financial, Marketing and Communication, Commercial, Legal, Base Categories, Cultural, Events and Social Activities, Heritage, Institutional Relations, and Consulates. The coordination area of Vovô also underwent changes, reducing from six to four representatives. João Paulo Silva, the club's president, leads the new Executive Board structure. Gabriel Bedê assumes the football direction, while Matheus Guedes commands the Marketing and Communication sector. The reformulation aims to improve efficiency and management of the club. With these changes, Ceará Sporting Club seeks to become more competitive and effective. The new Executive Board structure is in effect and should contribute to the club's success. The club also announced the maintenance of the Representative in the Federation and Ombudsman positions. Pedro Jorge assumes the representation in the Federation, while Paulo Veras leads the Ombudsman.
